graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch School of Business Administration of the City University of New York in 1965. After a successful apprenticeship with a major C.P.A. firm in the New York area, Irving started his own practice and gained expertise in all aspects of a Public Practice from Individual Tax Planning to S.E.C. Filings, Mergers and Acquisitions. Preferring the more personal element of the smaller business, Irving began focusing on supporting his clients in realizing their financial goals. This led Irving to researching the means of enhancing people effectiveness and culminated in a move to the Bay Area to pioneer in the then emerging “Human Potential Movement”. After leading transformational trainings and developing programs for tens of thousands of people all over the world, Irving returned to the practice of public accounting with a unique blend of financial expertise and empowerment principles.
